IT Budget Planning Officer (BPO - A05)

Responsibilities

• Plan and consolidate budget, Maintain budget & realization, Budget analysis, Charging and day-to-day budget planning activities, etc.

Requirements

• S1 degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00.
• Having minimum 3 years experience in the same field.
• Having a good analytical and critical thinking.

IT Asset Manager (AM - A05)

Responsibilities

• Managing IT hardware asset management (stock analysis, lead time delivery, insurance, retirement, etc),
• Managing IT software asset management (licensing policy, good governance, etc),
• Managing SLA Operational activities of asset hardware & software management.

Requirements

• S1 degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00.
• Having minimum 3 years experience in the same field.
• Having a good analytical and critical thinking.
• Strong communication skill and literate in English.
• Good understanding in asset insurance (Property & Moveables) and knowledge in Desktop Management System is an advantage.
• Excellent in working with Excelsheet (Pivot, Macro, etc).

IT Vendor & Contract Manager (VCM - A05)

Responsibilities

• Managing deals & negotations with Vendors and Principals, managing corporate deals contracts, IT contract legal terms and conditions, managing SLA Vendor & Contract Operational Activities (sourcing, negotiations, etc) and experience in Total Cost Ownership Analysis.
