- Have a good communication skill

- Familiar with computer (minimum Ms. Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal skill and persuasive
- Capable in handling complaint with empathy and willing to seek for information to solve problem at work
- Hard worker and could work under pressure
- Willing to work in flexible time (shifting)
